Pulp-based film

Hutchinson Miller Sales has introduced a pulp-based film that combines the ease-of-use of paper and the durability and other performance qualities of film.

Because it is pulp-based, not petroleum-based, Clairifoil diacetate film answers industry demand for a environmentally friendly substrate that is easily recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable. Suitable for use in p-s labels and tapes, carton windows, print lamination, and other applications, film is stable at temperatures to 156ºF and available in widths to 54”. Film is odorless and approved for food contact, yet offers high transparency, surface gloss, sparkle and sheen, and does not whiten when stretched or creased.
