FlexPack is a soft, flexible, PE-based film with high-barrier properties that protect medications from moisture and gases. Previous standard of PVC allowed for only 6 months of beyond-use dating, but MTS uses materials it believes exceed this standard at an affordable price. This saves customers from having to prematurely destroy medications that have been prepackaged. Additionally, the film’s user-friendly nature allows administering nurse to potentially push through hundreds of tablets per day comfortably.
