Duralam Inc. (Appleton, WI) has signed an agreement to purchase the flexible packaging converting business of Devro-Teepak (Danville, IL) and will move the mfg.

Apr 30, 1999

facilities from Danville, IL, to its new plant in Neenah, WI.
