The plant fibers are made into rolls of paper, which are then pulped and molded into sushi trays and other take-out containers. The Be Green Sushi Trays are GMO-free, BPI certified, and 100% compostable in any compost environment. The trays come in three sizes, with coordinating, anti-fog PET lids available separately.
