Wood Dale, IL-based Videojet Technologies Inc., announced three new inks for their continuous ink jet printers. The company's fluids provide "optimum print quality and greater uptime," according to John Kirschner, Videojet marketing director. The new products are V489-C pigmented black ink, V438-D black heat-cure ink and V413-D black returnable bottling ink. More below:
Pigmented Black Ink: Further expanding applications for its Videojet 1710 printer, the V489-C pigmented ink is specially formulated to resist ink code transfer when printed onto light-colored extruded cables and wires.
Black Heat-Cure Ink: This heat-curable, high performance black ink is specifically designed to enable printing onto industrial parts and components that require solvent resistant codes and/or exceptional code durability.
Black Returnable Bottling Ink: Beer and beverage glass bottlers can take advantage of this top performing black ink that improves ink code adhesion when printed onto cold-filled, returnable glass bottles, and can bve removed easily diring standard caustic wash processes,
