Dow Corning Corporation: Solvent-free release coating systems

Syl-Off® is a solvent-free silicone release coating system for polyester substrates from Dow Corning.

Syl-Off® provides long-term anchorage to unprimed and primed polyester films and is specially designed for filmic pressure sensitive laminate/labelstock, single- and double-sided industrial polyester release films and for liners of polyester technical adhesive tapes. The Syl-Off Advantage Series provides an extensive line of ultralow-platinum, solventless release coating products. Syl-Off Advantage Emulsion Release Coating System is a cost-effective system that provides low coat weight, low platinum levels and low temperature cure. It also gives customers application flexibility, high line speeds and flat release. Syl-Off thermal-cure release coatings specially designed for filmic substrates.
