This new line of material is thinner than previous films, offering a low-cost alternative to void-fill packaging applications that require moderate durability and puncture resistance. Made of DuraClear™ LLDPE, which offers high clarity and good strength, the film allows for greater capacity per box for longer run times and fewer changeovers. AirPouch pillows feature the company’s EZ-Tear™ Perforations, which allow for quick, easy separation of pillows. Pillows are available in sizes 8”W by 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12”L.
