Two heavy-gauge, tri-layer coextruded film layers made from an LDPE/nylon blend are heat sealed around the edges. An inflator valve made from identical material is inserted into the perimeter. A middle pocket holds the product between the two inflated chambers. Pouches can be placed in a corrugated shipper or folding carton, creating a snug fit and minimizing damage during transport. Product can be extracted by piercing and deflating the chambers with a pointed object.
