Macro Engineering: Metallocene film extruder

The new Unistretch blown stretch-film line from Macro Engineering (Mississauga, Ontario, Canada) is designed to produce stretch film from metallocene-based or LLDPE resin.

Affordable system can produce very thin films at a low nip height; produces blocked tubing not requiring slitting. Balanced film orientation of 300% to 400% produces a strong film with more retained elasticity. Chilled air is not required.
