Phillips Chemical Co.: Metallocene films

Phillips Chemical Co. (Houston, TX) has introduced its lineup of metallocene-catalyzed films, produced via the slurry loop PE process, called mPACT(TM) Marlex® mPolyethylenes.

These mLLDPE cast film and blown film grades have densities ranging from 0.916 g/cc to 0.933 g/cc. The two newest grades, D350 and D352, are medium-density film resins with applications including can liners and produce bags.
