DS Smith Plc, a provider of corrugated and plastics packaging, acquired Parish Manufacturing Inc., located in Indianapolis, Ind. The business will operate under DS Smith's Rapak brand.
Parish is a U.S.-based manufacturer and supplier of bag-in-box systems.
