The heart of the FOX IV C9100 is an Epson® ColorWorks® C6000 label printer integrated with a FOX IV application and rewind system. It is built using a solid aluminum, anodized center-wall and base for accurate label placement, an industrial applicator mechanism that is customizable to the application, and an in-line label waste rewind system to keep the production area neat.

The unit accommodates a standard label roll size of 3 in. ID x 8 in. OD.  Options for application include a cylinder tamp for top apply labeling, wipe-on application, and custom application methods. Application rates vary depending on the label quality selected.

FOX IV's C9100 system is compact enough to add to production lines or be incorporated into a dedicated labeling station.
