The unit includes several automatic functions, including sheet-overlap control, nip pressure activation, and sheet separation with a built-in perforator. To ensure prompt troubleshooting, mis-feeding and temperature-drop detection features alert the operator when issues arise. The unit's centralized control panel can be programmed with defined parameters to support pre-set activation for similar runs.

Capable of laminating digitally printed and offset pieces, Nobelus’ Amiga 52 Double provides lamination capabilities for a variety of applications, including business cards, brochures, and direct mail or greeting cards.

Compatible with BOPP, PET, and nylon films for single-sided lamination and BOPP for double-sided lamination, the Amiga 52 Double has a host of optional features that can increase efficiency and support post-laminate embellishments, including a Sleeking® attachment, an automatic stacker or jogging table, an additional film perforator, and film loading equipment.
