A standard basic frame with optional extensions for labeling, etc., the PowerPak 420 also offers a variety of heating and forming systems, as well as sealing and cutting systems that can be combined to produce a wide range of package styles. The PowerPak 420 shares features with the larger, high-capacity production machines in the CFS thermoformer range, such as machine frame, film transport with main motor control and transport chains, lubrication free bearings in the lifting system, control valves and machine control with extra-large full color touch screen. PowerPak also features sloped surfaces, separated tubing, open chain guides, cleaning position of tooling allow for thorough cleaning and sanitation.
