Bi-fuel print/apply labeler

Arca’s bi-fuel print and apply labeler uses linerless self-adhesive labeling technology to create self-adhesive, square or rectangular labels that do not require a release liner.

The linerless labels are drawn from a self-adhesive continuous band wound over itself, exactly like adhesive tape, and "cut" to a desired length at the moment of application. The linerless labels contain, for an equal diameter, at least double the number of labels compared to a traditional roll of self-adhesive material. Less clearance is required, thanks to the contained thickness, which translates into lower costs for packaging, shipping and storage. Costs for disposing of silicone liners are totally eliminated. The absence of liners and waste for each label means that linerless labels cost less than traditional self-adhesive labels.
