Labeler with track-and-trace ability

Weber’s Packaging Execution System (PES) allows users to record and manage internal track-and-trace data in conjunction with the operation of the Model 5300 Series’ label printer-applicators.

The PES can configure the  print-apply system, confirm the status of the unit, provide that information to operators/management, record any errors and resultant resolutions, and create a user-date-time database of all label printing operations. The PES provides track-and-trace functionality, including aiding compliance to the latest SQF (Safe Quality Food) requirements. It can record every printing operation of the Weber Model 5300. Able to integrate with existing ERP and/or WMS systems, the PES can be used with one or multiple Weber Model 5300 print-apply units. The PES also provides data collection solutions for other packaging-related operations, including product marking, RFID, inventory control and more.
