Sneed Coding Solutions, Inc. is thrilled to announce its recent contribution to the Houston Food Bank in the form of four state-of-the-art SNEED-JET® Freedom Handheld printers. This donation aims to streamline the product identification process for the Houston Food Bank’s packaging operations, allowing them to dedicate more time to their essential mission of providing food and resources to those in need.

The Freedom Handheld printers are designed to enhance efficiency by printing logos, barcodes, date codes, lot codes, batch codes, and personalized messages up to one inch tall. With this advancement in marking, the Houston Food Bank will be better equipped to manage their inventory, improving traceability and ensuring that safety standards are maintained.

"We genuinely believe in simplifying the process of printing vital information on food packaging for our customers. After meeting with Tony Duong (COO of the Houston Food Bank) to learn about their efforts to streamline operations and maximize efficiency in their distribution, we immediately saw an opportunity to do the same for the Food Bank’s packaging operations. We are excited to support the Food Bank’s overall mission of serving the greater Gulf Coast community with our knowledge, expertise and equipment," said Bryan Sneed, Founder & CEO of Sneed Coding Solutions, Inc.

The Houston Food Bank, which operates through a network of over 1,600 community partners, plays a pivotal role in distributing essentials to vulnerable communities. Beyond food distribution, the organization provides programs focused on nutrition education, health management, and securing state-funded assistance—efforts that contribute significantly to the long-term stability of families in the area.

By donating the Freedom Handheld printers, Sneed Coding Solutions hopes to support these valuable programs by reducing the operational burden on the Houston Food Bank, thereby allowing them to focus more on their primary mission of helping individuals in need.
