Equipment on display will include:
• The HS Mini (shown) compact footprint is nearly half the size of traditional carton formers, yet it retains the same advanced features found in the Bradman Lake HS former, such as forming rates up to 60 strokes/min, quick changeover, and an Allen-Bradley control platform.
• The RA60 Right-angle, three-flap carton closer retains Bradman Lake's FCC flexible rubber fingers that allow for cartons containing a product of inconsistent size, protruding above the carton base, to be closed without jamming. It features a toolless size changeover which significantly reduces downtime and increases productivity for customers that run several different carton sizes.
• The SL903 end load machine (shown) guarding has been designed to provide both maximum visibility of operation and excellent machine access. It can handle a wide range of cartons and products, including lower grade carton materials, with easy, fast and repeatable size changing. The SL903 is available with a variety of product handling and collating systems for total automation with upstream and downstream equipment also supplied by the Bradman Lake Group.

• The IBPRO bread bagger handles a wide range of products from standard tinned bread, artisanal loaves, bagels, bread rolls, and other bakery products. It can be equipped with a variety of infeed options, including half-loaf, free bake, and a manually loaded inline conveyor.
The machine is ready to be integrated with our slicers to make this a packaging system that is extremely efficient and space-saving while also reducing downtime and product waste.
A wide variety of bag sealers can be positioned on the discharge of the machine giving the bakery complete flexibility.
