Boxon continues to develop its Swedish organization with a clear ambition – to deliver the best customer experience in the market. By further strengthening collaboration between Sales, Customer Support and delivery, the company is taking the next step towards making it easier, smoother and more rewarding to do business with Boxon. As part of this initiative, Boxon welcomes Björn Westberg as its new Sales Manager for Sweden and Elin Torshed as Customer Fulfillment Manager.

It is about understanding customers' businesses, sharing expertise and creating value throughout the entire customer journey – from the first contact and expert advice to delivery and long-term partnership.

Björn Westberg – new Sales Manager for Sweden
Björn brings more than 20 years of sales experience, primarily within the FMCG sector, where he has held several senior positions focusing on customer relationships and business development. The packaging industry is new to him, something he sees as an exciting opportunity to combine his extensive experience with fresh perspectives.
“What attracted me to Boxon was its strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement. To me, a great customer experience means understanding the customer's business, being proactive and creating value in every interaction. I look forward to getting to know our customers and developing the business together with the team,” says Björn Westberg.
Elin Torshed – new Customer Fulfillment Manager
Elin brings more than 10 years of leadership experience in customer service and logistics, most recently from the SaaS industry. She has also previously worked in the packaging industry and was attracted by the opportunity to be part of Boxon's continued development. As Customer Fulfillment Manager, she is responsible for Customer Support and Supply Planning in Sweden—two key functions in ensuring efficient, customer-focused deliveries.
”I enjoy building strong teams and relationships, both with colleagues and customers. What attracted me to Boxon was the opportunity to contribute to the company's continued development. When we work together, support each other and keep the customer's needs at the heart of what we do, we can make a real difference in our customers' everyday operations,” says Elin Torshed.
