Krones, a global packaging manufacturing and solutions provider, announces the promotion of Adam Gores to Managing Director and Vice President of Sales, Canada operations dba Krones Machinery Co Ltd. Gores will replace outgoing Managing Director Mathias Gorlitt, who will be returning to Germany with his family to explore another opportunity outside of the company. Gorlitt served in various leadership capacities within the Krones Group during his 10+ years with the company.
Gores was previously Regional Sales Manager for both new machine and aftermarket sales in the eastern Canada market, then transitioned to new equipment sales for Key Accounts in the Ontario region. A native Canadian, he has been with the company for nearly 7 years and has a diploma is Business Marketing from Sheridan College. He has an extensive background in marketing analytics working for such companies like Red Bull Canada, Molson Coors Canada, and has additional experience in commercial financing and leasing.
