Expo Pack Mexico continues to grow

The 2012 edition of Expo Pack Mexico occupied 18,475 net sq ft of floor space, which was 13 percent larger than previous editions.

The 2012 edition of Expo Pack Mexico occupied 18,475 net sq ft of floor space, which was 13 percent larger than previous editions. Show organizer PMMI expects the 2013 show to draw 25,000 customers/buyers from more than 30 countries. And ready to greet them with their newest technologies and services will be more than 1,000 exhibiting companies.


Expo Pack Mexico is the leading packaging and processing technology event for Mexico and Central America. It now fills all available exhibit space in Mexico City’s largest venue, and it features packaging, food processing, converting, materials, controls components, and a wide variety of services.


“Mexico is an important, rapidly-expanding market, and the growth of Expo Pack Mexico reflects its increasing importance,” says Chuck Yuska, president & CEO of PMMI.


Expo Pack Verde, the program that supports sustainable packaging technology, will take place for the fourth year. Other special features include the Sustainable Packaging Awards, the Packaging Congress, and a full conference program organized by The Mexican Packaging Association (AMEE).


The following pavilions will also be prominently featured:
• Personal Care, where leading international companies will exhibit the latest products and services for the cosmetics and personal care industries.
• Procesa, which will highlight the latest developments in machinery and technology for the entire food processing supply chain.
• International pavilions of Argentina, Brasil, Canada, China, France, Spain, the United States, and Peru.
