Sorter uses a plastic modular cleated belt with a pusher mechanism that allows products to be diverted at a right angle onto chutes on close center lines. Versatile enough for applications including cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, which have previously been difficult to convey and sort due to their small size. Also sorts larger, irregularly shaped items as heavy as 25 lb.
