Factora appointed Barry Lynch as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Previously with GE Digital, Lynch brings more than 25 years of experience in helping manufacturers implement operational excellence on the plant floor.

“Over the years, I’ve worked from the shop floor to the top floor and am thrilled to join the Factora team as we journey with clients on the road to World Class Manufacturing,” Lynch says. “Having worked in a wide variety of roles, from maintaining and fixing systems to consulting, I’m looking forward to bringing my skills to help drive the business forward.”

During his time with GE, Lynch was known for leveraging his manufacturing and product knowledge to improve the experience during customer meetings. Recently, he was asked to establish and validate a new customer success program—designed to drive the attainment of outcomes for strategic customers—for GE Digital’s Predix platform.

"We are pleased to welcome Barry to the Factora team," says Charles Horth, CEO, Factora. "Barry's deep manufacturing and product knowledge in combination with his strategic marketing skills will take Factora forward during this period of exciting growth."

By providing leadership, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing, Lynch will drive growth for Factora through strategic and tactical business planning, executive level relationship, and strategic customer alignment.

Factora has conducted more than 500 projects in 30 countries, and has seen a growth of 450 percent in revenues since 2013.
