With both FDA and NSF approvals, theNeugartHLAE hygienic gearbox features electro-polished 316L stainless steel surfaces and IP69K washdown performance. The gearbox uses food-safe lubricants throughout and includes a smooth PTFE shaft seal that has no particulate-trapping.
While designed with cleanliness and washdown in mind, the HLAE is first and foremost a high-performance gearbox. It offers full-load efficiency above 97%, minimal backlash, high torsional stiffness and a wide range of output torques.
