Topline Products Co. Inc: Mascara prototype

Now in prototype development is Topline Products' (Wayne, NJ) One-Step(TM) mascara package. The patent-pending package is expected to be available commercially late this year, for sale to mascara manufacturers.

The package will use a single-action extraction process to precision-load a controlled amount of mascara onto the brush. Outer container shell can be made of PP, PVC or PET. Also will include a wiper ring with specially configured dispenser openings and a brush/overcap.
