The system can be configured to use up to 12 lanes for precise blending of product. It reaches speeds to 100 dumps/min on loads of up to 2 oz, with a giveaway of 0.3 g. For loads up to 2 lb, it reaches speeds to 65 dumps/min, with giveaways of 1 to 2 g. Vibrator pans feed into a single weighing bucket to accumulate and dump the product. Pans can be added or removed simply, without using tools. Optional are the patented Pan Weight Control (PWC) and Closed Loop Control (CLC) systems that continuously monitor and adjust product feed.
