PIAB's oval suction cups are ideal for a variety of industries including automotive, plastic injection molding, glass manufacturing, white goods, packaging, and electronics. Made with DURAFLEX, a revolutionary polyurethane material that combines the soft elasticity of rubber with the exceptional wear-resistance of polyurethane, PIAB's oval suction cups provide an outstanding resistance to wear for extended life span. Unlike conventional suction cups, which often cause micro-leakage, the unique DURAFLEX material allows PIAB's oval cups to form a proper seal on difficult-to-grip objects, such as long or narrow tubes, pipes, bars and extrusions. In addition to long and narrow objects, PIAB's oval cups are designed to accommodate smaller items with oblong picking areas handled in high-speed applications, such as corrugated boxes. The cups feature high friction to ensure a better grip and leave no marks on handled parts. Additionally, built-in filters protect the vacuum system from dust and dirt PIAB's comprehensive line of oval suction cups includes six flat designs (OF-P) and four bellows designs (OB-P), each from 0.39"x 1.18" to 2.76"x 6.89". All cups are constructed with molded fittings, either aluminum or brass, featuring engineered cleats inside and control holes for non-rotating guide pins. PIAB's flat oval cups feature a reinforced lip edge and the bellows oval cups feature anti-sticking knobs.
