LinerPro is actually a multilayer folding carton that holds 161/2-lb portions of fish. Measuring more than 20 pts in thickness, LinerPro is designed to draw out and dissipate air and moisture from fish so that the product won't be damaged and can be frozen into a consistent geometric block for proper processing. LinerPro is distributed through Norsea (Seattle, WA).
