Mechanical/pneumatic filler

Designed primarily for glass bottles, the Mecafill VKP filling system from Krones (Franklin, WI) combines a mechanical valve system with pneumatic functions to provide users with accurate and even fill levels.

A fill level probe attached to the fill tube electronically determines when a programmed fill height has been reached. The gas and liquid fill tube is then pneumatically shut off. Suited for carbonated beverages not sensitive to oxygen.
