The Food Institute: Food safety newsletter

The Food Institute (Fair Lawn, NJ) has launched Food Safety Issues, an eight-page newsletter authored by experts in the regulatory arena. It's available to all Food Institute members each month.

The first issue includes an overview of what regulatory agencies have planned for 1999 and an appraisal of the Clinton Administration's food safety initiative. Free sample issues are available while supplies last.
