Nulogy Corp., the Toronto, Canada-based provider of PackManager software for contract packaging and manufacturing, announced that leading Moscow, Russia-based contract packager RE-Pack, will roll-out PackManager across all of its Russian sites. RE-Pack "scrapped" its existing SAP Business All-in-One solution” in favor of the Nulogy software based in part on the promise, and delivery, of rapid deployment and the ability to remain compliant with industry best practices.

"The first site north-west of Moscow was taken live within weeks by the Nulogy professional services team working with a dedicated group from RE-Pack on the other side of the world," said Mikhail Yarovoy, general manager of RE-Pack. Subsequent sites will continue to be taken live in this manner throughout 2012."

RE-Pack provides contract packaging and manufacturing services, including shrink-wrapping, blister packing, POS display building, and private label packaging in Russia and CIS countries. In addition to its Russian customer, the company runs GMP facilities that are ISO 9001 compliant to meet the needs of global brands.

“We cannot imagine trying to launch a project like this completely remotely without our proven processes and system," said Jason Tham, CEO of Nulogy, citing "the power of the cloud-based architecture of PackManager” for much of the implementation's success.

The software firm lays claim to being the first to create a management system specific to contract packaging. The cloud-based PackManager soltion is used by leading brands and contract packagers to reduce costs, improve compliance, and increase customer loyalty. The company was featured in the Contract Packaging magazine article, "Kraft and co-pack partner integrate for success."
