REPORTING FROM PACK EXPO: The Packaging Services (SPS) division of Sonoco (Hartsville, SC) now offers contract packaging services of the point-of-purchase displays that it manufactures.

SPS will manage design, production, packing and shipping of the product. This outsourcing service is geared towards limited quantities of product positioned for special promotions, holidays or store-specific sales events.

Icy Hot's Scratch-and-Sniff Carton Solves a Shelf Problem

That means no sticker application on otherwise recyclable paperboard, no new packaging equipment, and no more shoppers tearing open glued end cartons to smell the new fragrances inside.
