India gets Minute Maid juice in plastic and glass bottles. . .

In response to consumer preferences leaning toward health and wellness products, Coca-Cola is introducing Minute Maid juice in parts of India.

The beverage giant is aiming to compete with PepsiCo's Tropicana and Dabur Food's Real by packaging the juice in PET bottles initially, and later in returnable glass bottles. Also, changes in packaging and labeling are being made to Minute Maid by its parent in the United States, in order to increase brand awareness worldwide.
