Welcome to Pack Expo and welcome to Yangi. My name is Anna Altner, and I'm actually the founder of Yangi. We are at Pack Expo to introduce a totally new technology to the US markets, and that is the dry molded fibers
And Yangi, we are actually selling machinery for dry molded fibers. We're a Swedish-based technology company, but now we are bringing the technology to the US.
So what is so good with dry molded fibers? Compared to other moldings technologies, you can actually... You don't use any water in our technology. High cycle or high efficiency machine, four seconds of cycle times, and actually also 80% of reduced carbon footprint, print and more than 50% reduced electricity in the technology.
And what you can do is that we target the trays and different types of lids, and it could be everything from actually food on the, on-the-go trays. It could also be for frozen food, fresh food. And Yangi, we're supplying the full system, but we are also helping our customer to develop the product, so actually it could fit your requirements when it comes to type of food you want to actually store in the trays.
And also when it comes to barrier properties, we are designing the chemistry. And also if you want to have some external coating for long shelf life. So this is our core technology when it comes to working with the products. Thank you.
Also you can also, of course, use decoration. So you can either work with embossing and debossing, but you can also work with printing technologies. And you can see here that the surface is really smooth, and that is actually one core advantage with the technology aside from actually the high efficiency of the technology and the machine outputs.
