Europeans are "greener" than Americans...
A survey of adults in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the U.K. concluded that these Europeans are "better environmental citizens" than their American counterparts. Europeans are 50 percent more likely to buy green products than Americans, are 25 percent more likely to recycle, and 30 percent more likely to influence friends and family about the environment.
