Prior to this, customers needing to wrap very large (long) products such as doors, windows, shutters, and other large panel products were restricted to using conventional shrink wrap systems where the long edge of the product ran in the machine flow direction. For those needing higher production rates, this required very long, fast, expensive systems which, many times, meant that projects were simply not feasible.
This large capacity wrapper with a companion-sized tunnel now makes creating large, attractive, completely enclosed packages possible in a system that is less complex, easier to use, and that requires substantially less line length and lower initial investment. This system can be customized to fit a wide variety of product types and sizes and can be integrated into a completely automated wrapping line.
