High-speed, all-servo vertical cartoner
Integration is available with volumetric fillers, combination weighers, auger fillers and other filling systems.
The all-servo design features Allen-Bradley multi-axis Kinetix servos, allowing for maximum uptime, quick changeovers and easy operation. Operator-friendly controls from Rockwell Automation include ControlLogix and AB PanelView Plus 1500 Smart HMI with machine diagnostics. Sanitary wash-down design includes stainless steel fully welded solid bar frame. A Nordson Pro Blue Liberty system with electric dispensing glue guns ensures fast, strong carton seals. The VL is compliant with UL/CSA/CE as well as Category 3 Safety standards.
