By developing each function to be integrated module-by-module into the least space possible, Cermex has developed an ultra-compact, 2-station unit that can reach speeds of 15 cases/min. The machine frame can support various types of loading systems according to the characteristics of products to be loaded, such as rigidity or flexible nature of product, infeed speed and mass, or loading trajectory. Unit can be equipped with a new 3-axis unloading arm developed by Cermex, or another manufacturer’s multiaxis robotic arms may be integrated.
