Servo motors control the main case drive, infeed, down stacker, and load pusher, ensuring precise case and product movement and gentle handling throughout the machine. PLC operation provides integral synchronization of all moving parts and smooth performance. Compact packer occupies 15.4 linear’ on production line and runs a variety of cartons and semi-rigid containers, while offering motorized size adjustments to allow repeatable accuracy and eliminate tweaking that often slows case packer changeover. When change parts are required, downtime is reduced by the use of locking handles to secure parts with no tools.
