MeadWestvaco Packaging Systems’ new eMerge™ packaging machine is said to be a simple, cost-effective solution for automatic multipacking of bottles into Cluster-Clip® and Cluster-Pak® cartons, including package styles such as neckthrough and wrap-style packs.

Developed to multipack glass and plastic bottles in 2x2 or 2x3 configurations, machine can be built with either a servo-driven or mechanically driven control system. Reaches speeds to 50 packs/min and completes changeovers in 20 to 30 min.
