Case packer for stand-up pouches

NEWS FROM PACK EXPO: The Pec Pack Line enables end users to case pack stand-up pouches efficiently. The line begins with an extended-range Econoform tray former from Econocorp (Randolph, MA).

Cases are then conveyed to either an Odyssey or Universal robotic case packer from Goodman Packaging Equipment (Waukegan, IL). The case packer orients and interleaves pouches in an orderly pattern within the formed PEC PAK display cases. Cases are subsequently secured with hot melt on Goodman equipment.
