Cyklop’s Flexfil production facility in Sovico, Italy, has earned the BRCGS for Packaging Materials Issue 7, with an A grade for its poultry loop (knotted elastic) production.

The Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards Certification is a globally recognized benchmark that evaluates product safety, quality, and operational criteria. An independent audit was conducted by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Business Assurance Italy and validates Cyklop’s systems for traceability, hygiene, and risk management. DNV is a global quality assurance and risk management company founded in 1864.

Cyklop is committed to providing safe, high-quality, and compliant packaging materials for the food industry. Cyklop’s processes for manufacturing knotted loops made from natural rubber, cotton, and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) meet rigorous criteria required for packaging materials that come into contact with food.

“BRCGS validates the integrity of our processes and further positions Cyklop as a reliable and trustworthy partner for our customers who demand that their suppliers are certified. Our customers can be confident in knowing that our products can be used safely, and that  they are manufactured to comply with high standards for quality and consistency,” comments Enrica Pozzi, commercial manager of Cyklop S.r.l. “We are looking ahead to seek certification across our entire production department. It’s an ambitious goal, but that’s the Cyklop way.”

Leveraging its “On Your Side. By Your Side” promise, Cyklop prioritizes strategic growth, innovation, collaboration, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence to deliver service that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations wherever they are in the world.
