ProSys Fill, LLC, an expert in the design and manufacturing of automated filling equipment, is proud to announce its participation at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, taking place September 29th through October 1st, 2025. Visit ProSys at Booth W-2552 to explore its innovative filling and labeling systems, including the Custom Mix System (CMX), the LB30 Lip Balm Filler paired with the HL-60 Labeler, the HP55 Drum Press, the VCF Chub Filler, and the RT60 Tube Filler.
The Custom Mix System (CMX) is an on demand in-line manufacturing process that allows manufacturers to produce a base product in large volume and then process smaller volumes of final products by blending in additives to the base product. Manufacturers can simultaneously inject and mix up to 12 additives at flow rates up to 12 gallons per minute. With its high precision accuracy, space saving design, and support for custom volume production, CMX is fully integrated into any ProSys fill station and control platform for filling cartridges, tubes, syringes, airless pumps, or unique containers.
Also on display will be the LB30 Lip Balm Filler, which features a manual loading station with an angled guide for easy loading and a quick-change puck mounting system that enables toolless changeovers among different sizes. The LB30 offers puck tooling compatible with most lip balm brand .15-ounce 500 style tubes. An on-board cap sortation station utilizes a gravity cap track to present caps for the auto capping station, while the positive cap snap station ensures caps are pressed on completely. The LB30’s automatic filling station incorporates a laser sensing trigger and a “No tube-no fill” feature to prevent accidental spills.
ProSys will also feature the HL-60 at its booth. The HL-60 brings together precision, flexibility, and efficiency in a compact machine, reducing floor space while automating key processes such as feeding, labeling, and counting. With the capacity to handle high production speeds and multiple stick sizes, this versatile system is ideal for co-packers and small manufacturers looking for a solution with entry-level pricing, American-made value, and stellar service.
Visitors to Booth W-2552 will also get to see the HP55 Drum Press. The HP55 Drum Press efficiently feeds product from 55-gallon drums directly to filling systems. With a pneumatic-driven hydraulic system (with an optional electric version), the HP55 delivers up to 25 gallons per minute at a maximum output pressure of 150 psi. The press handles viscosities up to three million centipoise, making it suitable for a wide range of products. Its simple operator controls, quick product changeovers, and straightforward product transfers enhance operational efficiency. The HP55 uses a single moving platen, eliminating the need for pump cleaning, and offers compatibility with both straight-sided and chimed drums.

Applications experts will also be on hand to discuss the RT line of tube filling machines, which offers automated filling and closing of squeeze tubes. Using hot air tube sealing, the fastest method of plastic tube sealing, the RT line works with all plastic and laminate tubes. Highlighted will be the RT 60 model, a medium speed unit that offers automated filling and closing of up to 70 squeeze tubes per minute, with a tube bulk bin, load ramp, orient, fill station and closure stations for plastic, laminate or aluminum tubes.
