Eagle Packaging: Case erectors

The BOXXER line of case erectors with bottom glue sealer from Eagle Packaging Machinery accommodates almost any size of case, operates at speeds to 40 cpm, and is capable of running both RSC- and HSC-style boxes.

All BOXXER models are designed for quick changeover in a compact footprint. The series features: heavy-duty construction; Nordson ProBlue glue system; easy-load high-capacity blank hopper; and a user-friendly color touch screen HMI. Case erectors form well-sealed cases with squared corners using a case feed design for smooth operation, a reliable case erecting mechanism with vacuum grippers, positive flap folding and case transfer, and a case compression mandrel equipped with shock reducers to eliminate machine stress, minimize maintenance and ensure long machine life
