Delkor Systems hosted U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar and Owen Herrnstadt, director of the Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of the United States at its new manufacturing plant. Klobuchar and Herrnstadt toured the new facility, which is dedicated to the manufacturing of robotic packaging systems, along with Delkor CEO Dale Andersen and Vice President of HR and PMMI Chair, Patty Andersen.
During their tour, both Klobuchar and Herrnstadt emphasized that the EXIM Bank has more resources than ever to assist companies like Delkor expand their export opportunities.

Andersen provided an overview of PMMI to Klobuchar and Herrndstadt, who learned the association now has over 1,000 member companies representing the North American packaging and processing manufacturers.
According to Herrnstadt, “It is amazing to see the innovation being generated by U.S. manufacturing, and I would love to personally speak at one of PMMI’s upcoming events.”
Says Klobuchar, who is focused on a variety of efforts to promote manufacturing in Minnesota, “With 95% of the world’s population outside the U.S., there never has been a better time to assist our innovative and growing manufacturing companies, like Delkor, with export opportunities.” PW
