Ossid: Horizontal thermoforming machine

The FP-360 thermoforming machine from Ossid, a product brand of ProMach, is designed to package protein products in a variety of formats including, vacuum skin pack and vacuum, modified atmosphere and ambient, microwaveable and oven safe, re-closable, foil-foil, and more. Machine operates between 4- and 8-cycles/min, depending on the type of film and package.

The FP-360 enables packagers to exploit sales opportunities in new markets, offer responsiveness to retailer requests for new package types, and/or replace under-performing thermoformers with improved technology.

The robust IP 65 washdown-rated stainless steel frame provides a stable packaging platform for precise operation over years of service. FP series machines are easy to operate and fast to changeover – less than 30 minutes. These machines include production reporting capabilities. Ossid offers one point of contact for sales and seamless integration of printers, labelers, product feeders/loaders, fillers, and pre-heat stations.
