Once loaded, the drum alignment system allows for proper sealing of drum to pour cone for a dust-tight operation. The patented Dual Control-Link™ Rotation system inverts drum for maximum product discharge, safely and efficiently. Unit features a stainless steel pour cone with a pneumatic vibrator system to assist with discharge. A custom docking and sealing system with a pneumatically actuated butterfly valve allows unit to mate with custom tote filling system at an 84" discharge height. System includes safety caging on four sides with load side doors and safety interlock controls.
Available with discharge heights up to 40’, rotation to 180°, for any size drum or container. Units are custom designed for your application requirements.
