ProSys: Syringe tip-filling system

Designed for table-top mounting, the ProSys ATV Manual Syringe Filler is a pneumatically-driven micro-dose volumetric dosing system for tip-filling 1ml up to 20ml syringes, delivering up to 20 doses/min.

The syringe is manually loaded into the machine by the operator, then the syringe is filled through the tip via volumetric dosing with adjustable metering. Change parts are available for additional syringe sizes, and changeovers are easy to accomplish.

The system utilities are 120VAC, 1 Phase with 10SCFM @ 80 psi compressed air.
