All machine movements of the new Aergo 6E are electrically controlled, eliminating the need for compressed air. In addition to being 100% electric, the most notable improvement to the Aergo 6E is a new heating plate mounting system. Operators simply insert the heating element into a guided shelf where it is locked into place. The heating plate can later be removed just as easily, allowing quicker changeovers and safer operation. Additional features include an overload alert system, redundant safety switches, touch screen controls, an adjustable speed drive, and a 36-in. load height to further enhance operator convenience.
Despite having an ample 12-in. x 16-in. seal area, the ultra-efficient Aergo 6E has a small machine footprint, suitable for small production floors or clean room facilities which might not have compressed air hook up capabilities.
The Aergo 6E is designed for a wide range of market segments that require high-volume capacity and frequent changeovers. Package applications include face seal blister-to-card, card-to-card, and trapped
packaging (two cards and a blister).
