The melters feature variable speed AC motors with spur gear pumps, and key-to-line functionality for an added level of control on automated applications. The AltaBlue TT melters are available in 4, 10 and 16-liter tank sizes. The Teflon‚-coated tube tank eliminates dead corners and minimizes adhesive char. The large, accessible tank opening provides for easier filling and cleaning. A 7-day clock allows automatic daily startup, standby and shutdown. Installation and set-up are made easy with quick connect hoses and guns. Single-tool, easy-access panels and disposable Saturn‚-style basket filters provide straightforward maintenance.
